We generally find that there are two different types of home evaluations that people are looking for - we would be happy to help you out with either of them!
Neighbourhood Search:
First, there are people who would like to get a general feel of what their house or property would be worth if they decided to sell or if they were thinking of refinancing.
For this, we can email you homes that have sold on your street or surrounding streets. It gives you a very general look at the market around you but leaves it up to your interpretation of how your house would compare to the ones that have sold.

Secondly, there are those people who would like a complete market evaluation of their property and are looking to put their home on the market either right now or in the near future.
